You are not just getting your pictures taken. You, and whoever is lucky enough to
be with you, get to participate in the creation of art! Stacie creates a calm
and fun atmosphere where she actually captures the very essence of your child
(Ethan has about 50 faces and really she brought out every one). As students we
almost let the cost scare us off but I am so glad that we begged all of our
family members to pitch in, and after the session I could not help but feel that
Stacie did not charge enough. There is no clock card punched when you walk into
her studio - you are just there for however long it takes - and you can tell
that she takes her time going through each image (cropping and transforming).
She will even help you out after you get your pictures if you want to play with
any of them. If you are thinking about capturing a moment in time with you and
your family this is an investment you can not pass up, why pay less and be
disappointed when with Stacie the only problem you will have is deciding which
pictures you want to frame =)

”I want you to know how much we cherish the pictures you took of our sons. They are absolutely beautiful!!! What a wonderful keepsake the whole collection is for us. I plan on making a collage of pictures on our living room wall showcasing hands, feet, a family picture, the boys together and the boys individually. David and I were really impressed with your patience. It’s not an easy task to capture one little one, much less two little ones. We know a lot of love went into these pictures! Thank you for helping us capture this special time!” -Kerri Graham (mother of twin boys: Davis and Ellis
Dear Stacie, Thank you for taking the most beautiful pictures of all of us! Each one is truly special. How am I ever going to figure out which ones to frame?? Also, thank you for your quick turnaround on the cd. Your talent is amazing and we are lucky to have you in Columbia.–Deborah Cunningham
From the moment I saw Stacie’s work I knew I wanted her to be at the birth of my son. The only concern I had was that is would be scheduled c-section. I wasn’t sure if she attended c-section births. We met to discuss the plans and Stacie eagerly agreed to photograph as much as the Dr’s would allow. She arrived at the hospital shortly after we did and started snapping shots…some of which are my favorites. I had so much emotion that the camera revealed that I would have forgotten. When you capture a shot packed with energy and emotion its more that a photo…it’s a memory. Stacie took shots all the way until I was beyond the OR doors then the moment Brian, the nurses and my sweet baby came out she started back up. I would have missed all those moments had she not been there. Some of the photos with Grayson and my husband while I’m in recovery are the most heartwarming. Also, the photo she took when I was handed my son for the first time is a treasure to me. She was wonderful and never got it the way. I look back at the album and realize I didn’t remember her being there at that moment because she is quietly snapping pictures. Thanks Stacie for helping me document and then keep alive the day of Grayson’s birth.-Jennifer Toohey
